Products & Item Condition

Storey’s at the Red Rooster specializes in vintage, antique, pre-owned, and one-of-a-kind merchandise. Because of the age and history of these items, normal signs of wear, age, use, discoloration, imperfections, or other variations may be present.

We make every effort to accurately photograph and describe our merchandise, including known or visible imperfections. Photos are considered part of the item description. Please review all photos, descriptions, measurements, and condition information carefully before purchasing.

If you would like additional photos, measurements, or information about an item, please contact us before placing your order.

Availability

Many of our items are one-of-a-kind and may also be available for purchase in our physical store. Although we make every effort to keep our online inventory current, an item may occasionally sell in-store before our website inventory can be updated.

If an item you purchase is no longer available, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for that item.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be successfully completed before an online order can be processed. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed during checkout when required.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, inventory, or other errors and to cancel or refund an order when necessary.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We take reasonable care when packaging our vintage and antique merchandise. Once an order has shipped, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside of our control.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the vintage, antique, pre-owned, and one-of-a-kind nature of our merchandise, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, differences in color or appearance caused by screens or lighting, minor age-related wear that is consistent with the item's description, or failure to review provided measurements.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and any damage so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request an order cancellation. We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once processing or shipping has begun.
